My Pharmacy Agency
A working portal and phone-agent system for pharmacies that need better call handling, account setup, repeat/order requests, secure payment-link workflows and staff review queues.

application_mode
Commercial terms are handled privately. Public pages do not show coupon or pricing details.
Phone number matching
Incoming caller numbers are matched against existing pharmacy customer accounts first. New callers get a pending account and setup link.
Payment before dispatch
Direct transfer, secure payment link or direct debit can be used, but no product is sent until funds have cleared and staff approve dispatch.
Stock list upload
The pharmacy account owner can upload a stock/medication CSV so the portal can create product records for review before live use.
Guardrails
This system supports workflow only. Pharmacy staff and pharmacists remain responsible for prescription validation, clinical decisions, supply approval, dispatch approval and privacy obligations.
