Pharmacy client application
Use this form to set up the pharmacy business, account owner, staff contacts, phone routing hours, payment-before-dispatch rules, stock/customer uploads and payment/bank/CRM access requirements under the My Pharmacy Agency system.
Locked rules
- The pharmacy account owner gives permission to use supplied business/public website details.
- Caller number is matched to an existing customer account first.
- New callers get a pending account and setup link.
- Products must be paid for before dispatch.
- No overdue customer dispatch.

product_name, category, sku, barcode, brand, pack_size, price, product_type, requires_pharmacist_review, active_for_orders, active_for_agentCustomer columns:
full_name, phone, email, customer_ref, payment_frequency, address_line1, suburb, state, postcodeNo passwords, card numbers, Medicare numbers or clinical notes in uploads.
Application details
Upload stock / medication list
Upload the full stock list here. Product pricing comes from the stock list; the public application page does not show customer pricing.
Best format is CSV. Excel files are accepted into the upload queue, but converting to CSV first gives the cleanest automatic import.
Upload existing customer / user list
Upload the existing customer/account list so incoming caller phone numbers can be matched to existing accounts first. New unmatched callers still create pending accounts.
Phone numbers and emails are used to match existing accounts. New rows create customer accounts so future calls can be matched to the right record.
