Review notice: Copyrighted books must not be made downloadable merely because an Owner copy was uploaded.
Users must only upload or distribute material they own or are authorised to use. Rights holders can submit a notice identifying the work, location, authority and requested action. Uploaded Law Library files may have separate read and download permissions.
